Living candles

My friend Didier sure got lucky for his birthday ! After a sumptuous lunch, all the girls present at the party —and these weren’t just any gals, let me tell you — disappeared. My mission was to bring him out to the banks of his pond. And there, past the water lilies, the girls suddenly reappeared, nude. For Didier, this was much more than a gift; it was magical, a paradise on earth. An act of love, of cheekiness and tenderness the memory of which he still cherishes. Today, ten years later, when he feels the doom and gloom, Didier just closes his eyes and goes back to his garden of Eden, where his living statues come alive once more.
